Gold Gloves

I think it would be kinda cool to give out gold gloves to the people voted by each captain in the league as the best at their position. 1 for pitcher, 1 for 1st base, 1 for 3rd base (or perhaps just 1 for infield overall), 1 for outfield. Thoughts?

havent faced the ropes enough yet to know. Also I don't think we have hit the ball to him enough times for me to know ...

i like this!! This aspect of the game is totally overlooked and is very important, any other feedback on worthy candidates???

I vote for Gaby in outfield not only cuz he is my teammate but he covers the most ground having Bruckner as our field but traps everything in his glove...

Infield has to be Joey Batts hands down

Gold Gloves, huh? You hit the ball to Battaglia, you'll end up with one out with no one on base and two with a man on first. He's as automatic as possible. Randy Rhyne fields the pitcher's position like he's bored and still makes all the plays. Playing alongside Schneer-O showed me he's pretty damn solid. Don't forget Gabriel Viteri in the out man. That guy doesn't miss anything. Rocco Justice is still up there, especially when it comes to going back on the ball. It would be hard for me personally to pick against anyone really, but those are the guys that stand out to me.
